Monday to Friday (2.5 hr daily ) one month

1. *Introduction to Props Yoga (3 hours)*

   - History and philosophy of props yoga

   - Benefits of using props in yoga

   - Various types of props and their uses

2. *Understanding Body Mechanics and Alignment (6 hours)*

   - Basic anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga

   - Understanding proper alignment in yoga postures

   - Common alignment issues and how props can assist

3. *Props in Asana Practice (10 hours)*

   - Detailed exploration of prop usage in a wide range of asanas (standing, seated, forward bends, backbends, inversions, etc.)

   - How to modify poses using props for different body types, flexibility levels, and conditions

4. *Restorative Yoga with Props (8 hours)*

   - Principles of restorative yoga

   - Using props for deep relaxation and restorative poses

   - Sequencing a restorative yoga class with props

5. *Props for Pranayama and Meditation (4 hours)*

   - Using props to support comfortable seated positions for pranayama and meditation

   - Props in specific pranayama techniques

6. *Props in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga (4 hours)*

   - Understanding the pregnant and postnatal body

   - Use of props in prenatal and postnatal yoga for safety and comfort

7. *Props for Seniors and Special Populations (4 hours)*

   - Adapting yoga for seniors, individuals with injuries, disabilities, or chronic conditions using props

   - Chair yoga and other prop-intensive styles

8. *Teaching Methodology (6 hours)*

   - How to teach prop usage to students

   - Adjusting and aligning students with props

   - Creating a safe and inclusive yoga environment with props

9. *Class Sequencing and Planning (3 hours)*

   - Creating sequences incorporating props

   - Planning classes for different levels with prop use

10. *Practicum (2 hours)*

   - Practice teaching sessions using props

   - Giving and receiving feedback
